We pride ourselves on making everything from scratch, which includes soaking and sprouting nuts and seeds. This process is called activating and/or sprouting. Only then legumes, seeds, pseudo grains and brown nuts become a plant. It increases the bio availability of nutrients to our body land contribute to it's phenomenal healing power.
It is literally from the garden directly to your plate. All ingredients are exposed to less than 115 Fahrenheit (46 Celsius) to preserve the enzymes, vitamins and minerals.
Pâtés are made with a food processor and we blend the sauces and spreads. We also use the blender to make our creamy desserts. In lieu of an oven, we use dehydrators to make our crackers, granola bars, and pizza crusts. To recreate sautéed mushrooms and onions, we marinate and dehydrate to reduce the sauce and bring out the sweetness.
We also mimic Mother Nature’s wisdom by soaking and sprouting grains, nuts and seeds. Soaking and rinsing mimics the rain washing off enzyme inhibitors, phytic acid, and other agents, which then makes the food bio available for the body to absorb the nutrients.
Our suppliers are local entrepreneurs who support local farmers, generating an extensive list of produce for us to purchase. We strive to be green beyondpossible in our operations by composting all of our kitchen scraps, and recycling just about everything else.
