Agathe, chef owner of Café by Tao, will give a demo on Tao’s famous Lemon Blueberry Coulis Cake. It is gluten friendly, dairy free, sugar free, vegan, and decadently delicious. Coconut meat is hard to find at the moment and Agathe has found a replacement for it.
