Best Plant Based Bowl Challenge YVR

Feast your eyes (and your belly!) on our new Falafel & Mango Salsa VegetaBowl! This bowl is our entry for the #PlantBasedChallengeYVR with @vanfoodster! 🥗 .

The challenge runs from February 22nd - March 18th! Try the entries from @taoorganics, @eternalabundance, @rollingcashew, and @lotusseedvegetarian and vote for your favourite at 👍

This bowl features:
🌱 dehydrated Falafel patties: sprouted chickpeas, sprouted sunflower seeds, cilantro, cold pressed lemon juice, tahini, gluten free tamari, cumin powder
🌱 Mango Salsa: mango, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, cold pressed lime juice
🌱 Macadamia Dill Cheese: macadamia nuts, sprouted almonds, cold pressed lemon juice, celery, onion, garlic, Himalayan salt, ground black pepper
🌱 on a bed of chiffonnade red leaf lettuce, sprouted quinoa with sauerkraut

This bowl is all organic, vegan, gluten friendly, and can be completely raw with sprouted quinoa, or as a warm option with cooked quinoa. 😋
