Our Rawsagna is known to be our most surprising dish! Customers are amazed to savour a “meaty taste”, as they describe it, even though the dish is entirely plant based! It is truly vegan comfort food and the beauty is that it is all super healthy! Layers of zucchini, spinach, tomato, seasoning, and macadamia nuts … delightful! You will learn hands on our special quilting technique to ensure that all the layers in the Rawsagna stay in place when being sliced.
Join us to learn how to create this dish, including learning hands on how to assemble the Rawsagna. This is the perfect centre piece for a party!
The class includes a demonstration by Agathe showing innovative ways on how to prepare raw plant based cuisine, as well as the recipes and delicious samples. Students will learn how to make the Marinara Sauce, Herb Nut Cheese, Marinated Mushrooms, and will experience hands on how to assemble the Rawsagna.
